USB ports are just about standard on all PC's now a days. This
is the third in a series of 3 PIC Programmers designed by Tony
Nixon. Most of the components - resistors, some capacitors,
transistors and two ICs - are surface mount and are pre-soldered
on the board. There are 14 through-hole components for the hobbyist
to solder.

the mfg very frequently, so it is impossible to always be up
