This very compact and low cost
module will allow virtually any PC to be used for quick and easy
data acquisition and control. It connects to any standard parallel
printer port, and despite its tiny size provides eight analog
inputs, four digital inputs, and four digital outputs.
Uses the Maxim 186 IC to collect analog and digital
information and store it on a hard drive.
Has 8 analog inputs, 4 digital inputs, and 4 digital outputs.
Included software can display and interpret the data, provide
trends etc..
This is for somewhat sophisticated users that know their way around
